It’s always a negative!

Just when you think you know your family/friends/what not, they always seem to surprise you. Last night had my birthday party for the Peoria friends, sure didn’t turn out the way i wanted it, but whaddaya gonna do. I guess my friends didn’t really surprise me, they have always been good about doing whats right in the right situation. However, my dad surprised/upset me to no end. As some of you know, Jessica and I are still good friends and she and I wanted her to come to my party. After my parents got home apparently my dad didn’t realize Jessica was going to be there. He never has approved my relationship with Jessica. Partially for obvious reasons and for not so obvious. I found out that not only is he a homophobic, he’s also against interracial couples. Pretty frig’n shallow if you ask me. In this day in age no one, I mean no one has the right to be against anything like that. It’s just the society we are in now. I told him flat out that he will probably never agree with who I date. Jessica and I were kind of a fluke, everyone knows I like Asian girls, and he’s against that as well. So i guess he’s pretty well screwed on approving of my relationships. It just upset me when he told me that he did not want Jessica to stay the night. However, this morning he said he didn’t want anyone to stay the night, but singled Jessica out just because he’s an ass like that. Just makes me sick. WTF!!
